It is our aim to get all of your items delivered to your home as soon as we can. For furniture items ordered we will try our best to delivery at a date and time convenient to you and will contact you using the details provided to us at checkout to arrange this.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and during busy sale periods, orders may be slightly delayed.
Although we do not currently offer international shipping, if you would like to arrange your own courier to collect and deliver goods on your behalf, we are more than happy to facilitate this where possible. Please email email@example.com for more information.
Due to the weight and fragility of some items such as furniture and mirrors etc., we have to charge a little more in order to ensure safe and smooth delivery. We therefore charge (in total) Â£30 for Central Scotland and Â£38 for the rest of the UK for this service.

Please note that as part of this service we aim to have your order ready for collection within 48 hours of orders placed. When your item/s are ready for collection a member of our team will email you using the details provided at checkout. We ask that you bring a copy of your receipt/order confirmation with you when you collect. For security reasons, without this we will be unable to release purchases to you.
Payment for all Click & Collect orders must be made in advance
Please consider the size and weight of any items you are collecting to ensure you have the sufficient means to transport. Should you arrange for an independent courier to collect and deliver your order on your behalf, Time & Tide will not be liable for any damages incurred during transit. It is the responsibility of you to ensure quality meets expected standards at time of collection.
All items purchased within a store must be returned within 30 days in its original condition with a valid receipt. We are happy to exchange or credit any item that is unsuitable after store purchase during this 30 day period. Items that you believe to be imperfect on receipt may be returned for a refund or credit note within 30 days or alternatively, exchanged for an item to the value of that you wish to return.

Please be sure to mark all items being returned with: Online Return, and include your name, address and email should we need to contact you. All products must be returned in original packaging, failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the return.
Parcels are returned at your own cost and as such, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for the item only once it has been received by ourselves. Items lost in transit shall not be treated as returned. We will, of course, refund postage on any faulty items returned to us.
Delivered furniture is not normally returnable.

When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
