Mo the Moose is just that! Available in two sizes, Mo adds a textural and playful element to any festive display and is sure to be loved by any child.

Typically, we send all orders of smaller interior accessories on a UK Standard Service.

Orders below £50 - £4.95 *unless reduced*

Orders above £50 - £9.95

Larger items such as furniture, chandelier lighting and mirrors are sent with our private courier - unless Central Belt Scotland - and can take up to 21 days. To ensure safe delivery of items, we charge slightly more for this service;

Please note that due to the nature of access in some parts of Scotland, furniture deliveries to the following postcodes may require a quote from a member of our team: PH, IV, KW. Please email for information on this.

Additionally, for items offshore, please contact us to receive a quote. In all correspondence please include the items you are interested in as well as your address and a member of our team will be in touch asap with a specified quote.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and during busy sale periods, orders may be slightly delayed.


Although we do not currently offer international shipping, if you would like to arrange your own courier to collect and deliver goods on your behalf, we are more than happy to facilitate this where possible. Please email for more information.

Opening hours for collections are as follows:

Monday – Saturday 10am to 5pm

Sunday 11.30 am to 4.30pm

Please note that as part of this service we aim to have your order ready for collection within 48 hours of orders placed. When your item/s are ready for collection a member of our team will email you using the details provided at checkout. We ask that you bring a copy of your receipt/order confirmation with you when you collect. For security reasons, without this we will be unable to release purchases to you.

Payment for all Click & Collect orders must be made in advance

Please consider the size and weight of any items you are collecting to ensure you have the sufficient means to transport. Should you arrange for an independent courier to collect and deliver your order on your behalf, Time & Tide will not be liable for any damages incurred during transit. It is the responsibility of you to ensure quality meets expected standards at time of collection.



All items purchased within a store must be returned within 30 days in its original condition with a valid receipt. We are happy to exchange or credit any item that is unsuitable after store purchase during this 30 day period. Items that you believe to be imperfect on receipt may be returned for a refund or credit note within 30 days or alternatively, exchanged for an item to the value of that you wish to return

Special Orders / Bespoke Orders cannot in most cases be cancelled. A Special Order constitutes any item that we have specifically ordered in from one of our suppliers. You should contact the store you purchased from as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Prior to ordering large items of furniture, please ensure you carefully check all measurements to be sure that your order will fit into the home. Failure to do so is not reasonable grounds to cancel/return your order.

Out of Stock / On Order items normally arrive within quoted lead times however can, at times, be subject to delay. Delays are outwith our control and as such, we cannot be held responsible if this happens to your order, however we endeavour to keep these delays to a minimum.

All Sale items as well as sold as seen products are non-returnable.


Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is sent to you. However if you are not satisfied with your items, please inform us within seven days of receipt on We ask that you return the items to the following address for refund/exchange:

Please be sure to mark all items being returned with: Online Return, and include your name, address and email should we need to contact you. All products must be returned in original packaging, failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the return.

Parcels are returned at your own cost and as such, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for the item only once it has been received by ourselves. Items lost in transit shall not be treated as returned. We will, of course, refund postage on any faulty items returned to us.


Delivered furniture is not normally returnable.
