Store Purchases

If you wish to return an item, this must be within 30 days in its original condition with a valid receipt. We are happy to exchange or credit any item that is unsuitable after store purchase during this 30 day period.

Items that you believe to be imperfect on receipt may be returned for a refund or credit note within 30 days or alternatively, exchanged for an item to the value of that you wish to return.

Special Orders / Bespoke Orders cannot be cancelled. A Special Order constitutes any item that we have specifically ordered in from one of our suppliers. 

Prior to ordering large items of furniture, please ensure you carefully check all measurements to be sure that your order will fit into the home. Failure to do so is not reasonable grounds to cancel/return your order.

Out of Stock / On Order items normally arrive within quoted lead times however can, at times, be subject to delay. Delays are outwith our control and as such, we cannot be held responsible if this happens to your order, however we endeavour to keep these delays to a minimum.

All Sale items as well as 'sold as seen' products are non-returnable.


Online Purchases

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is sent to you. However if you are not satisfied with your items, please inform us within seven days of receipt on [email protected]

Once emailed, we will confirm how you can return items to us. All products must be returned in original packaging, failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the return.

Parcels are typically returned at your own cost and as such, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for the item only once it has been received by ourselves. Items lost in transit shall not be treated as returned. We will, of course, refund postage on any faulty items returned to us.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.


Delivered Furniture

Delivered furniture is not normally returnable.
